Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBSL) as a public limited company received operating license from Nepal Rastra Bank as D class finance institution on 2075/06/22 to operate under Bank and finance Institution Act 2073. Its central office is located in sanga-13, kavre and working area is all district of Nepal. It orivides customer friendly microfinance services in rural areas as well as some urban areas of Nepal for the poorest people. The Bittiya Sanstha has commenced its finance transaction from 2075/07/01B.s It is providing micro-financial service to the low income & underprivileged peoples through our Branch offices which are located in different parts of country.

Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. is an initiative of a group of visionary people working together for woman empowerment through various ways. The program in micro- credit banking before was registered as an NGO in a Name ” Centre for woman Rights and Development”.

(CWRD) Established in 1992/93, is a micro-finance non-governmental Organization (MFl/ NGO). It has been implementing micro-finance programs since 2001 obtaining license from Nepal Rastra Bank ( NRB)- the central Bank of Nepal. It was initially started with the objective of working for the civil, socio-cultural and other fundamental rights of women.
