1. Post : Departmental Head ( Officer / Senior Officer )
   Number of requirement : few
   working area : head office
   qualifications : minimum bachelor degree completed and at list three years work experience in any bank or financial
   institutions.
2. Post : Monitoring Officer ( Junior Officer / Assistant Officer )
   Number of requirement : few
   working area : branches offices according to the head office
   qualifications : minimum bachelor level complete with at least two years working experience in bank and financial
   institutions as a Monitoring and Supervising level post.
3. Post : Branch Head ( Supervisor / Senior Assistant / Assistant )
   Number of requirement : few
   working area : any branches located all over Nepal
   qualifications : minimum intermediate level (10+2) complete with at least three years work experience in microfinance (
   Laghubitta )
4. Field Staff ( Junior Assistant )
   Number of requirement : few
   working area : any branch offices all over Nepal
   qualifications : minimum SEE / SLC pass with minimum one year work experience in Laghubitta ( microfinance )
5. Management Trainee ( Trainee Level )
   Number of requirement : few
   working area : head office and any branches located over Nepal
   qualifications : bachelor level complete ( fresher can apply in this post )
6. Assistant Trainee
   Number of requirement : few
   working area : branch offices
   qualifications : SLC / SEE complete
7. Driver
   Number of requirement : one
   working area ; head office
   qualifications : minimum class eight pass with three years work experience in light vehicle driving.

For all the posts priority is given to those who have driving license of two wheeler vehicle.

Age criteria : for officer level minimum twenty one and not extended forty years.
for assistant level minimum eighteen years and not extended forty years.
